Judd A. Beam is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Beam Capital Partners headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Judd was born and raised in Cleveland, and proudly graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2012. He has over a decade of portfolio management and investment planning experience and holds a series 7 and 66 with LPL Financial, as well as earning APMA & CRPC designations. Judd provides a unique strategy for BCP clients, employing a momentum-based investing philosophy combining both qualitative bottom-up fundamental research and Elliott Wave Theory quantitative technical analysis in pursuance of identifying the most attractive investment opportunities across all market capitalizations.

Away from the office, Judd can typically be found spending time with his two dogs, Layla & Lexi, unwinding at the lake, or staying active through a variety of recreational sports. He is also an advocate for music, playing guitar and piano in his free time. Judd also gives back to the community by serving on the board for the VCAS (Veteran Companion Animal Services) Charitable Foundation; a non-profit organization that adopts sheltered animals and provides service dogs to veterans with disabilities. His passion for training dogs and deep respect for veterans have allowed him to make a positive impact within the organization and community.
Maria Beam is our Client Service Professional. She proudly graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree from Fisher College of Business. She has over ten years of experience at Huntington National Bank as a Wealth and Investment Service Specialist Lead with Huntington’s Private Bank Trust and Wealth Management team.
Maria is from Perrysburg, Ohio and enjoys walking her two dogs, boating, cooking, traveling, playing tennis, and trying new restaurants.
Hallie Goodman is the Business Development Specialist at Beam Capital Partners and also serves as Executive Assistant to Judd. A recent graduate of The Ohio State University, she is currently preparing for her SIE and Series 7 examinations.
In her role, Hallie supports client relationships, coordinates meetings, and manages day-to-day operational workflows. Dedicated and detail-oriented, she brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and partners alike.
Outside of work, Hallie enjoys traveling, staying active, and playing soccer.
James R. Caldwell is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Beam Capital Partners, affiliated with Stratos Wealth Partners. A proud Columbus native, James was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration and Finance, later earning a Master’s in Physical Education. After spending time in sunny Vero Beach, Florida, James returned to his hometown, where he and his wife Debbie enjoy life with their three grown sons—Beau, Jay, and Chase—and their three granddaughters, Reese, Ells, and Piper.
In their free time, James and Debbie enjoy traveling, staying active in the community, and playing both golf and tennis. As a Wealth Advisor, James specializes in comprehensive financial planning, focusing on retirement income, social security strategies, portfolio management, tax-efficient planning, and estate needs. His goal is to help clients create lasting financial security by offering tailored advice and support throughout their financial journey. He is driven by a commitment to deliver an exceptional client experience with the highest level of service and detailed attention to all aspects of his clients' financial lives.
